Bishop Carl A. Pierce, Sr., Jurisdictional Prelate of Maryland Central Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction. Elder Pierce was appointed to the office of Senior Pastor of Carter Memorial Church Of God In Christ in July 2000 where he has led the ministry to exceptional growth expanding its territory and ministry outreach on many levels.
